CULTURE CENTER AND HOUSING

On the basis of the feasibility and concept study commissioned and implemented by Landesimmobilien Burgenland by Miyako Nairz Architects and Bau&Architektur, the general planner was selected in a two-stage, Europe-wide bidding process. Our bidding consortium ARGE Generalplanung HVB, consisting of goebl architecture, Miyako Nairz Architects MNA ZT KG, Bau und Architektur with the TGA planners Lechner + Partner, was awarded the contract as the best bidder. The House of Ethnic Groups is a symbol of togetherness in Burgenland and a true project of the century: event hall, seminar rooms, restaurants and residential facilities are combined in a multifunctional complex.
